MouldingBelpar has a full range of state of the art rubber moulding presses, all purchased new, that have been selected to cover the widest range of processes. In basic terms we have machinery that will produce the product our customers want at the best price and quality.Raw materials are processed, in house, in a new custom built factory unit. These are tailored to exacting needs and are immediately available to the press shop. More exotic compounds are sourced from the very best suppliers and, with their backup, there is no commercially available Elastomer that cannot be provided. Mouldings by their nature are varied and range from complex seals and valves to simple gaskets. Belpar will assist with the design and development of any customers new project with a complete prototype and production proving service. Our current customer list exceeds 300 companies (and individuals) whose areas of industry range from Aerospace and Defence Systems to children's toys and games. Everything from Domestic Appliances to high speed motorcycles is serviced by Belpar to the same exacting standards. |

Expanded Materials (Foams)Belpar supply a vast range of Elastomer products used as seals, gaskets and sound attenuation in many industries. Materials are predominantly die cut to give a 2-Dimensional pattern to which can be laminated adhesives, special films and solid sheets to produce customised products. As with mouldings, Belpar can assist with design and material selection as well as a full prototype service to prove capability. |
Solid Materials/SheetingA vast selection of solid rubbers in sheet form is available at Belpar. Matting and floor coverings are always ex-stock with insulation flooring to BS 921, as well as others, always being in high demand. As with expanded materials, rubber sheeting is converted into a multitude of seals, mounts, gaskets, etc. and can be supplied with self adhesive backing or plain. Such is the availability of materials that each enquiry is dealt with individually to ensure specifications are met while competitive pricing is guaranteed.ExtrusionsExtruded profiles are available from standard dies or can be produced to custom designs in most solid or expanded materials. Our range of supply runs from natural rubber wall guards to specialised silicones used in Aerospace and London Underground railway systems. As with mouldings the material range is extensive and your enquiries will be dealt with to ensure fit and function as well as quality and cost effectiveness. Foamed extrusions can be converted into grips for a multitude of industries. we currently produce fishing rod grips, Domestic Appliance handles and Automotive accessories with this material. |
